2 cup maida/ flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100 gm butter (white preferable)
1 cup milk
1 cup milk powder
sieve all dry ingredients
mix all wet ingredients
Mix both and bake me up in oven for 30-40 mins at 200 deg C
